The home sits on a steep hill and there are ten stairs between the parking area and the front door, so it's worth bearing in mind if you have limited mobility or heavy luggage to carry.
You'll have one designated parking space, but the driveway can be tricky for low-clearance vehicles and street parking nearby is limited – factor that in if you're arriving in a larger or lower-slung car.
