Parking is driveway and garage only – there's no street parking available.
At full occupancy, you'll need to make use of two rollaway beds here. We think they're best suited to children.
The hot tub is accessible only through the second and third bedrooms, so non-occupants of those rooms will need to pass through to use it.
There is no air conditioning here.
The fire pit is off-limits between June and October due to local wildfire risk.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a travel cot and a high chair – request the high chair at least twenty-four hours before arrival to make sure it's ready for you.
Park City is an active construction town in summer, with work typically running from 7am to 9pm nearby.
