Set among the wooded hills of Saugerties, this four-bedroom Hudson Valley house is the kind of place where the outdoors pulls you in at every turn. Swim laps in the pool with a canopy of autumn foliage overhead, then dry off beside the sun-warmed pond – though note that swimming in the pond isn't permitted. Come evening, the fire pit draws everyone out under the Catskill Mountain skies. The garden hammock, the screened porch, and alfresco dining beside the pool make it easy to spend entire days outside, while Kaaterskill Falls – New York's tallest two-tiered waterfall – is a thirty-one-minute drive away.

The pool is only open during summer months, and heating is not available – so if you're visiting outside of that window, you won't be able to use it.
The pond in the garden is for looking at, not swimming in – and there's no fence or alarm around it, so if you're bringing children, keep a close eye on them near the water.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair during your stay – just let them know in advance.
At full occupancy, one guest will sleep either on the day bed in the loft or on the trundle bed in the second bedroom.
