Six bedrooms fanned around a half-acre lot, a pool and spa with a fire pit, and a private putting green within a gated La Quinta community. The vaulted ceilings and generous living space make evenings inside just as easy, especially when the desert temperatures drop after dark. When you do venture out, PGA West is a ten-minute drive, and the villa sits closer to the Empire Polo Fields VIP entrance than any other villa in the neighbourhood.

Home truths
We recommend hiring a car for ease of getting around. Parking for six cars is available on the premises.
If you're visiting during Coachella or other festivals at the Empire Polo Fields, road closures can push the walking distance to the festival entrance to around 1.4 miles. Your host strongly recommends arranging golf cart services to make the journey easier.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a travel cot and high chair – request the high chair at least twenty-four hours in advance.
Pool heat is not available between May 1st and October 1st.
The grass areas will be unavailable for use at the end of October while your host re-seeds for the winter.
