This home is one half of a duplex, so you'll share a wall with a neighbouring unit – worth keeping in mind if you're after total seclusion.
There's no air conditioning here, so summer stays will rely on the mountain elevation and natural ventilation to keep things cool.
Parking here is limited to one space in the garage and two on the driveway – if your group is arriving in more than three vehicles, paid parking is available at the Lionshead or Vail Village parking structures nearby.
All outdoor wood-burning fires, campfires, and charcoal grills are strictly prohibited due to the local wildfire risk – only the gas barbecue and indoor fireplace are available for use.
Bears and other wildlife are active in this area, so take care when spending time outdoors – particularly around food and waste.
