Home truths
This home is located within the Chateaux building at the Village at Breckenridge – a shared complex rather than a standalone villa, so you'll have neighbours nearby and shared access to the pool and gym facilities.
There is no air conditioning here, so the home relies on ceiling fans and natural ventilation. This is typical for Breckenridge's high-altitude climate, where summers are mild, but worth factoring in if you're visiting during a warm spell.
Parking is not guaranteed – a maximum of one space per unit is available at an additional cost and subject to availability. We recommend confirming availability with your host before booking if you're planning to drive.
All outdoor wood-burning fires, campfires, and charcoal grills are strictly prohibited due to local wildfire risk. If you're planning on outdoor cooking, you'll want to check with your host about what's permitted before packing anything.
