Both villas sit on the main strip of Isle of Palms, where bars and small concert venues can get noisy in the evenings – particularly during summer. If you're a light sleeper, it's worth packing earplugs.
The elevator is not operational, so you'll be using the stairs to move between floors. Bear this in mind if anyone in your group has mobility considerations.
Beach conditions on Isle of Palms can shift with the tides and seasons – during high tide, portions of the shoreline may be temporarily inaccessible. It's worth checking conditions before you head down each day.
