This home is set over two floors, so you'll need to be able to climb stairs here.
At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
Bedroom two has a single bed and an additional pull-out single bed, while bedroom three has a double-over-double bunk bed along with a pull-out single. It's only accessible by walking through bedroom one, so it works best for young children sharing with parents.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a travel cot and a high chair.
A car will make your stay much easier, and you'll have a two-car garage to park in.
This is a genuinely quiet neighbourhood – the local noise ordinance is strictly enforced, quiet hours run from 9pm to 8am, and no exterior amplified music is permitted at any time.
