Right on the beachfront in Pacific Beach, this ground-floor apartment keeps things simple in the best possible way. Wake up, grab a coffee, walk straight onto the sand. Sunset drinks happen on the patio, preferably after tacos and a swim. Repeat daily. Inside, it’s cosy and comfortable, with just enough space for beach-heavy days and slow mornings by the ocean. The location does most of the heavy lifting though. Crystal Pier, surf spots, beach bars, cafés, and the boardwalk are all within walking distance, so there’s a good chance the car stays parked for most of the trip.
