Guests have access to all areas of the home, apart from the avocado groves. The indoor fireplaces are also not available for guest use.
The villa is in a rural area with limited mobile reception and wi-fi. The remote location also means power outages may occur unexpectedly.
The rural setting also means occasional wildlife and insect encounters are part of the experience – both indoors and outside, particularly after dark.
