Home truths
At full occupancy four guests will share bedroom three sleeping in two double beds, and two guests will be on the sofa bed in bedroom four.
Air conditioning only covers the two bedrooms on the bottom floor – ceiling fans are provided for the rest of the home.
The speakers in the entertainment room are disabled, so you won't be able to use the movie theatre's sound system as you might expect.
There's parking for up to four cars here – two in the garage and two on the driveway. The driveway is on an angle so is better suited to smaller vehicles.
The lead guest must be at least 21 years old.
There is an ongoing remodel of the home directly across the street, with work running approximately 8am–5pm Monday to Friday.
