• The apartment is on the second floor and only accessible by stairs, so it isn't suitable if you have mobility limitations or are travelling with heavy luggage.

• There's no parking on site, and street parking nearby is limited. We'd recommend using a rideshare or arriving without a car if you can.

• You're right in the thick of it here – the street is lively and the area has an active nightlife scene, so expect some ambient noise in the evenings.

• Wi-fi connectivity can be patchy here due to the location of the apartment, so factor that in if you're planning to work remotely or stream regularly.

• The dryer is currently out of service, so you won't be able to tumble-dry clothes during your stay.

• Your host can provide a cot and high chair for little ones upon request – just bring your own cot linen.

• At full occupancy, one guest will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
