Within the gated Carillon Beach community on Florida's 30A, this house earns its keep through a rare combination of beach access and built-in ease. A short walk from the front door leads to a mile of white sand and turquoise water – and your chaise lounges and umbrella will already be set up by 8am, courtesy of the beach service. Back at the house, the third-floor gathering space with a wet bar and adjoining balcony is ideal for evening wind-downs, while three community pools and walkable amenities – coffee, ice cream, a wine bar – mean you rarely need to go far.

Your driveway fits up to two cars, and that is the only parking available – there is no street parking or alternative within the community.
The community pools are unheated between 1st April and 1st October – worth keeping in mind if you are visiting in the shoulder season and hoping for a warm dip.
If you are travelling with little ones, your host can arrange a cot on request.
At full occupancy, you'll need to make use of one rollaway bed here. We think it's best suited to children.
