You'll be using the stairs a lot here – all three bedrooms are reached via multiple flights, so the home isn't suited to anyone with limited mobility.
If you're driving up in winter, you'll need snow chains in your car – road conditions can change quickly, so check Caltrans for closures before you set off. Your host ploughs the driveway and one path to the front door, and shovels are on hand if you want to clear other areas.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a pack 'n' play travel cot and a high chair – request them ahead of arrival to make sure they're set up and ready.
Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. You'll have two parking spaces in front of the home – street parking isn't permitted.
