Steps from Park City's historic Main Street, this house puts the best of the mountain town – the restaurants, shops, and free shuttle – right at your door. Inside, the main level is built for gathering, with a stone fireplace at its heart, dining for ten, and a kitchen island where everyone naturally ends up. After a day on the slopes, ski racks and boot warmers in the garage take care of the gear, and the rooftop deck with its hot tub is where the evening really begins – views of Deer Valley stretching out as the sun drops behind the mountains.

Home truths
While the home can sleep an additional two people on the sofa bed on the landing, the maximum occupancy is 12 guests.
The lead guest must be at least 21 years old.
Air conditioning here comes from window units in the bedrooms only – the main living areas aren't cooled, so bear that in mind if you're visiting in summer.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a travel cot and, with at least twenty-four hours' notice, a high chair. Request these in advance to make sure everything is ready on arrival.
Park City is a busy construction town in summer, with work typically running from 7am to 9pm in the surrounding streets – worth keeping in mind if you're planning on sleeping in.
There's free parking for up to two cars in the garage and two cars on the heated driveway.
While not all the bathrooms have been photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
