Pool-meets-peaks is the combination this desert villa does best – the Santa Rosa Mountains rise behind you as you cool off in the water, with fairways stretching out in the other direction. On cooler evenings, a fire pit and an outdoor kitchen make it easy to stay outside long after sunset. When you do head in, a crystal chandelier hangs over the dining area and a stone fireplace anchors the living space. PGA West's championship courses are a twenty-minute walk, and Joshua Tree National Park is a forty-minute drive for when the desert calls.
