Parking here is street-only – there's no private driveway or garage, so you may need to circle the block, particularly in busy periods around Old Town.
Key West's tropical climate means insects are part of life here. The area is home to mosquitos, geckos, lizards, iguanas, and frogs, and pest control can't eliminate them entirely during swarming season – so pack repellent and expect the occasional wildlife encounter.
Key West is a resort island with ongoing renovation and construction work, so some noise from nearby projects or road repairs is possible during your stay.
The main bedroom's en-suite has a shower but no toilet – you'll need to step out to the shared half bathroom down the hall for that.
The swimming pool isn't fenced. Little ones will need to be supervised at all times.
