If you're visiting between 15th April and 15th October, bear in mind the gas fireplaces are switched off for the summer season – the wood fire pit and hot tub are still available for outdoor evenings.
Firewood for the fire pit isn't provided, so you'll need to pick some up locally before your first evening around it.
You'll need a car to make the most of your stay – Pigeon Forge town is a ten-minute drive away, and the surrounding mountain attractions require driving to reach. There's free parking for up to four cars on the driveway.
Your host can provide a cot and high chair for little ones upon request.
The lead guest must be at least 21 years old.
