Gran Vía has been dubbed Madrid's Broadway. It's the nerve centre of the city – one of its most important roads – lined with cinemas, high-fashion boutiques and restaurants. This home, set right off of the bustle, is a bright and inviting space where every detail has been carefully considered. It’s modern and welcoming, with gleaming hardwood floors. The open concept living area is sociable, with a cosy sitting room by the window, tasteful dining room table and sleek concrete kitchen. We love the elegant marble bathroom, while the bedroom is bright and stylish, with embroidered throw pillows and lovely wall arrangement. When it’s time to explore, Gran Vía is just outside your front door, Puerta del Sol is a sixteen-minute walk away and the Metro lines 3 and 10 at Plaza de España can connect you to everywhere else in the city.
