Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
Although it's not in one of the liveliest of neighbourhoods, there's still plenty of great things to be said for this apartment in Cuatro Caminos. La Castellana, one of the longest avenues in Madrid, the Santiago Bernabéu football stadium, and countless cafes and restaurants are all nearby. Inside, this fourth-floor apartment, the exposed wooden beams and the patina-treated furniture throughout create a rustic yet modern feel. Modestly sized and beautifully clean, it's ideal for couples or short business trips.

It's a bit of a tight squeeze when you want to unpack your possessions in the modestly-sized bedroom
This home can sleep a maximum of four guests, but the last two will need to settle for the sofa bed
Some of the walls have noticeable scuff marks – those looking for something pristine should look elsewhere
Other than the 41 inch TV, there are very few entertainment options – no books, cards, or board games
The only bathroom for a maximum occupancy of four people is a little run down – there's a crack in the ceiling and a broken lightbulb
