This is a charming country house located on top of a hill surrounded by trees and fields. It's situated in a traffic-calmed area, 3 km from the centre of Collecorvino, offering a peaceful and quiet retreat. The house has a large shared garden with a barbecue for guests to enjoy. The upper ground floor features a large kitchen, 3 double bedrooms each with its own shower/bidet/WC, and an exit to the veranda with one french bed and two double beds. There's also a large terrace of 30 m2 with terrace furniture, balcony furniture, and 4 deck chairs providing guests with beautiful panoramic views of the valley. The property is conveniently located near several towns and cities such as Città S.Angelo and Pescara, which are only 10 km and 15 km away respectively. The sea is just a short distance of 10 km while skiing areas are approximately 40 km away. Please note that the owner lives in the same residence, has a dog, and does not accept any youth groups.
