Pack your clubs as this traditional bungalow is just three blocks from the Penmar golf course. And if golfing isn’t your thing, there’s plenty else to see in the Venice neighbourhood – it’s a 5-minute stroll to the shops and restaurants of Lincoln/Rose and 25 minutes to the beach and boardwalk. Past the covered porch and through the 1930’s-style cottage door you’ll find a cosy bolthole of hardwood floors and pristine white walls. There’s a working fireplace in the living room should a chill creep into the air and a yard bursting with lush plants for when the weather is fine (which is most of the time in SoCal). If you need to get a spot of work done, there’s a dedicated office set up and come finishing time the bars and restaurants of Venice are just a short stroll away.
