In Nea Skioni, Halkidiki, this villa is just 50 metres from the nearest sandy beach. It’s a short walk into the coastal town, where you’ll find seafood restaurants and family-run tavernas galore. Days can be spent by the poolside, or indulging in long, lazy lunches on the terrace outdoors with the sea shimmering in the distance. Although it’s one of four similar maisonettes within a holiday complex, the traditional Greek touches inside – a stone fireplace and beachy bric-a-brac on the open-plan living area – save it from feeling generic.

This home is part of a four maisonette residence set on four levels. So, you may have to climb some steps to reach the entrance and there will be internal stairs inside.
Pool maintenance and a concierge service are included with a stay here.
The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
For those working remotely, the main bedroom has a separate nook with a vanity table that doubles as a laptop desk.
There is parking for up to ten cars within the complex, which is shared with the other villas onsite.
