Location is everything in London, and this apartment is in a fantastic position to explore some of the city’s most sought-after neighbourhoods. Notting Hill and Kensington are a short walk away, as well as the leafy Holland Park and eclectic Portobello Market. The apartment’s rustic, mismatched style perfectly complements the twee surroundings. The living area isn’t particularly cosy, so it’s not well suited for evenings of cuddling up and watching a film. However, couples or friends wanting a base on a charming street near central London will love it. Underfloor heating throughout is a plus, as is the large courtyard.

This is a basement apartment so natural light is limited in the living area, kitchen, and bathroom. The bedroom gets plenty of natural light, though.
Being a basement apartment, guests must go down some steps to reach the front door. There are also eight steps leading up to the courtyard.
Unfortunately, guests can't use the barbecue in the garden. However, the kitchen is fully equipped for rustling up home-cooked meals and grilled summer feasts.
We recommend skipping the car here and exploring London on foot or by public transport instead.
