The swimming pool is open between 1st April and 30th September.
This apartment is not on the ground floor, so you may need to climb some steps to reach the entrance.
The lead guest must be at least 30 years old.
Having a car is not necessary as there are supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. However, parking is available in the building's garage if you are hiring a car.
