This home is a rare gift – a townhouse with a private pool in the heart of Pollensa Old Town. It’s a short stroll from the town’s buzzing bars, restaurants and shops, and the hiking and biking trails into the Tramuntana Mountains. The pool is more like a plunge pool than a spot to swim laps, but it’s the perfect tonic to the Mallorcan heat. The ground floor features a modern kitchen with a dining area opening straight to the pool terrace, as well as a separate lounge area perfect for relaxing. On the first floor, a shaded terrace looks out over the rooftops to the mountains.

This townhouse has twisting internal stairs to the bedrooms, so would not suit those with limited mobility.
The swimming pool is quite small, but it is a rarity this central in town. It is unfenced, so children should be supervised outside.
In keeping with energy-saving measures on the island, the air conditioning is limited to certain times of the day.
