A pair of picture-perfect Cotswolds cottages stand side-by-side – perfect for friends or big families getting together. These honey-hued twin homes date back to the 1810s and embrace that chocolate box idyll. Both cottagey living rooms have wood-burning stoves for cosy evenings in and both full kitchens can cover evenings when you’re not down Brockhampton’s local pub (a few metres away). Plus, you’ve got two back gardens for drinks and barbecues outside. As with most old country homes, the staircases are a little steep and creaky, but we think this adds to the atmosphere.
