Spread over three levels, there’s plenty of space here, and the plush furnishings give the place a homely feel. we love the rooftop terrace, which affords views over the city’s architectural masterpieces. If you’re in town for work or just need to keep on top of emails, the cosy office will no doubt come in handy. The top floor features a luxurious suite, ideal for a couple or small family who need their own space – the sofa turns into a sofa bed for a little one who needs to sleep close to their parents.

This is a penthouse apartment set over three levels, so there are stairs to climb here – this home may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility.
Venice is a car-free city, so there's no parking available here. Public transport is very accessible – four different bus stops are within walking distance.
Due to the stairs and rooftop terrace, this home only accepts children below one year of age or above six years of age – they must be fully supervised at all times.
There's a dedicated office space here if you need to catch up on work during your stay.
