There are two bedrooms and one bathroom on the ground floor here, though the en-suite bedroom is reached via a few steps.
You'll have your own private entrance here. The home has direct access to the Grand Canal, where guests can arrive and depart by private water taxis. Parking in Venice can be tricky, so we recommend sticking to easily accessible public transport.
Given the home's central spot, expect to hear some street noise throughout your stay.
