Located within walking distance of the iconic sights of San Marco's square, you'll be well-positioned to discover Venice's most famous landmarks. Offering both convenience and comfort, the apartment gives guests the privacy of having an en-suite bathroom with each bedroom alongside a sociable, albeit small, space to come together in the living area. Since the apartment is on the third floor without a lift, prepare to climb a few flights of stairs. The kitchen is also on the smaller side, so we suggest enjoying dinners out and about. Meanwhile, the washing machine is a bonus, especially for those in town on longer stays.

This home is located in an apartment building with a shared entrance. You may bump into other guests during your stay.
The home may not be suited to those with reduced mobility, as the apartment features internal steps and is on the third floor without a lift.
Use of the air conditioning and heating is subject to regulation. Heating runs from October to April, while air conditioning runs between April and October.
Given the home's central spot, street noise is to be expected.
Parking in Venice is tricky, so we suggest using public transport and water taxis where possible. Though we think the best way to see the city is on foot.
Although fully equipped, the kitchen is on the smaller side.
