A quick stroll away from Juan les Pins Beach, you can drop your bags and head straight to the beach from this charming villa in dreamy Côte d'Azur. Apart from the location, which is also ideal for watersports, travelling to Antibes or even Nice and Cannes, the house also has a large terrace with a hot tub and ample seating so you can make the most of sunshine days even from home. It is fenced off for privacy, so there isn't too much to see, but you'll find a small balcony overlooking the street through one of the bedrooms upstairs.
