Housed in a residential complex located in Dubai Harbour, this apartment has use of a communal gym, and a shared swimming pool with wonderful vistas of the Arabian Gulf, Palm, Dubai Eye and Marina Skyline. There are also shops on the ground level for when you want some retail therapy. Best of all is the direct access to the beach. However, you needn't leave your pad for a dose of sun, with a private balcony on hand. When you want to explore, there’s multi-modal transport connectivity such as monorail, tram, Metro and an RTA boat station close by.
