This luxurious and tastefully furnished villa is perfect for a relaxing holiday in Poreč. Built in 2022, it is situated in the district of Stancija Portun, just 2 km from the town center, sea and beach. The villa boasts a private fenced property with lawn, angular swimming pool (30 m²), outdoor shower and barbecue. The 130 m² villa has 4 rooms over 2 levels, with air conditioning, satellite TV and free WiFi throughout. The first floor has a living/dining room with flat screen TV, and an open kitchen with modern appliances. There is also a separate WC and one bedroom with a French bed (180 cm) and en-suite shower/WC. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, each with a French bed (180 cm/160 cm) and en-suite shower/WC. One bedroom also has access to a balcony. The villa has parking for up to three cars on the premises, as well as easy access to walking paths and cycle lanes nearby.
