This newly built and oh-so-contemporary villa is less than a ten-minute walk from the award-winning Kalathas Beach and even closer to the bustle of the resort’s shops, restaurants, cafes, and bars. Back home, the sleek poolside and sun-kissed terraces speak for themselves, and a rooftop balcony with sea views leading off two of the bedrooms is a nice touch for evening drinks. If you’re after complete seclusion, this may not be the home for you as there are neighbouring villas close by. But for a property this central, it’s a small compromise we think you'll be happy to make.
