It's perfect for multi-generational family trips to the Devon coast, as both floors offer up living, dining and kitchen areas. All eyes will be on the terrace, where a panoramic hot tub takes centre stage. We also love the snug exterior cinema room, complete with a bar, WC, and a drinks fridge – family film nights have never been easier. Feeling chilly? Throw a log on the wood burner and relax inside – thanks to A-frame windows, you'll still be able to relish in the view.

This ground floor is ideal for teenagers or grandparents wanting their own space. It has its own bedrooms and bathrooms.
At full occupancy, two guests, ideally children, will be sleeping on a pull-out bed in one of the upstairs bedrooms.
One of the king beds can be split into singles on request.
Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car. There’s free parking for up to two cars on the driveway and more on the road.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance. There are internal and external stairs here – please note stair gates won't fit on these.
The lack of air conditioning may mean the home gets a little stuffy on warmer days.
