Located within a charming Victorian house overlooking Salcombe Bay is this lovely apartment. The full-height arched windows flood this space with light and allow guests to enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding area. You’re just a short walk from Salcombe High Street, and if you wish to drive, you’ll be pleased to know there’s parking here (it’s a shared driveway with your neighbour). And while the outdoor dining set is a little sun-bleached, it’s a lovely spot to enjoy alfresco breakfasts and barbecue dinners. Inside, the open-plan kitchen and dining room are perfect for entertaining family and friends, while the living room is an inviting space to share a few games of cards.

    Due to this semi-detached home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There's parking for two cars on the shared driveway.

    Please note there are quite a few steps up to the front door. This home may not suit those with reduced mobility.

    The single bed in the third bedroom is positioned under the eaves – please mind your head.

    The outdoor dining set might appear a little worn.
