Architecturally designed to focus on the breathtaking views of Bowcombe Creek, this home has large floor-to-ceiling windows and a contemporary touch. Apart from the private gym, sauna and games room, there's an encouragement to take to the outdoors here. You'll find gear for paddleboarding and kayaking in the boat house. Stick to dry land with a few games on the basketball court or by strolling over two acres of woodland. Prefer a less active approach to holidaying? There are stairs to climb here, so it won't be the best option for those with limited mobility.
South Devon is known for patchy phone coverage, so you might find that the phone signal weakens from time to time.
We suggest hiring a car for ease – there's parking space for up to five cars here.
