Seeking a quaint escape on the coast? This thatched-roof cottage has charming interiors and log burners that will warm you up after a countryside jaunt. Though tall guests will have to take care not to bump their heads on low ceilings, especially in the kitchen, we think the landscape views, outdoor hot tub, and fire pit are well worth the compromise. Hope Cove awaits down the road with its waterside eateries and a tiny harbour, perfect for quiet beach days.

While one of the bathrooms isn’t photographed, we expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
The ceilings, especially in the kitchen, are on the low side. It might not be suitable for taller guests.
For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground-floor bedroom and bathroom here.
There’s free parking for up to four cars on the driveway. We recommend hiring a car.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free on request.
Only one hand towel and one bath towel are provided per person here, so you might want to bring your own for longer stays.
