Simple Pleasures is a minimal one bed apartment located on one of the rare pedestrianised streets in the heart of Tel Aviv. The home is nestled bang in the centre of Nachalat Binyamin, one of the city's trendiest and prettiest neighbourhoods that's home to an unmissable weekly arts and crafts market. Although it's perfectly clean and functional, this isn't the homiest of homes; it lacks a few kitchen basics. A great balcony creates a feeling of space in the bedroom, but do note that there may be some noise at night due to the close proximity to the city's bustiest nightlife area.

About Kerem Hateimanim
Nestled in between the Carmel Market and the beach, you'll find Kerem Hateimanim, a small neighbourhood founded by Yemeni immigrants in the 1930s. It’s come a long way since then, and today it’s been taken over by bohemian Tel-Avivians looking for affordable housing. Even though Kerem Hateimanim is in the process of being gentrified, the neighbourhood hasn’t lost the authentic, village-like feel that’s beloved by many. There are still plenty of the original Yemenite restaurants around, which are worth a visit, even if you don’t end up staying in this part of the city.
