Sitting on a prime patch of Salcombe’s Victoria Quay is this Grade II listed fisherman's cottage laid over two floors. With the water right on your doorstep, you’ll have views over the estuary and across to East Portlemouth Beach. Also within a few steps are Salcombe's independent cafes, restaurants, and boutiques. The cottage itself feels like a real home-from-home, with a welcoming lounge, an electric wood burner and cosy bedrooms – though the ground-floor bedroom feels particularly cosy and is probably best suited to children who don’t mind sharing a room. We’re sure you’ll spend days crabbing and paddleboarding off the dock, though if you feel like a beach day with your furry friend, North Sands is a pet-friendly option just over a mile away.

While the ground-floor bedroom accommodates three guests, it does feel a little tight in here.
Your host can provide a cot and high chair for little ones upon request.
If you're bringing your dog along, please do not allow them upstairs or on the furniture and keep the back gate shut. A dog usually lives in this home. He won't be around during your stay, but this means it may not be suitable for people with severe allergies.
Please note that during the school holidays, lots of children head to the quayside on your doorstep. You may hear some noise during your stay.
