A wonderfully practical home set in a quiet neighbourhood, you’ll find yourself in a peaceful spot still within easy reach of all the different corners of Los Angeles. You’ll be just a quick five-minute drive from Studio City and all the fabulous shopping and dining on Ventura Boulevard, while reaching Hollywood is a simple twelve-minute drive. When in LA, the beach is also a must, and you’ll be just a twenty-four-minute drive to the sandy shore of Santa Monica. Back at home, you’ll find a simple and neat space that’s been optimised for guest comfort. We love the open-plan living area that makes both the kitchen and living room social spaces. Set the table for dinner, then curl up and watch something all together on the TV. The bedrooms are minimalist and cosy, while the bathrooms have luxurious marble accents. For a family or friend group looking to stay in a central valley location, this home ticks all the boxes.
