This show-stopper of a home is ideal for large groups. It’s spread over three floors with a lift to make it more accessible, and there’s heaps of room for everyone to gather together. We love the two-level living botanical greenhouse, which is a wonderful spot for special events. The home sits on the waterfront with a dock, so as you soak up the sun in the heated pool or hot tub you can watch boats pass by. There’s a sense of exclusivity here, yet there’s something to appeal to everyone, from the wine cellar to the sports bar.
