Location-wise, you're less than a kilometre from the pretty mountain village of Tsoukalades, which has excellent everyday amenities and pine forest pathways leading down to the sea. This home is laid out over two floors with internal stairs between them. For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground-floor bedroom and bathroom here.
Please note that the mezzanine-style twin bedroom under the eaves is not suitable for very young children
This home has a gated entrance and driveway to a covered parking area that is shared with the two sister properties within the grounds. There is also a separate private parking space for the house. The villa is completely separate and independent from the two sister properties, which have their own private grounds.
The town of Tsoukalades is less than 1km away where you'll find minimarkets, a bakery, coffee shops and tavernas.
