And if that isn't enough, the stunning views across the Ionian Channel can be seen from almost everywhere but is extra special from the balcony. An additional self-contained studio also means a little more privacy for a teenager or grandparent, making this pad family-friendly. And if you get tired of only looking at the sea – unlikely, we know – you can drive 1.5km to Avlaki's pebble beach or San Stefanos' white beach to experience the cool water instead.

We suggest hiring a car for ease – there's private parking available here.
The fourth bedroom can be found in the self-contained studio next to the main villa. There's also another ground-floor bedroom and bathroom here for those with reduced mobility.
The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
You won't find a welcome hamper or basic essentials here, so we'd recommend packing some bits and bobs to get you started. The nearest supermarket is minutes away.
