Spacious and central, this home is right on Praça dos Restauradores – one of Lisbon’s main squares. Explore the traditional yet lively neighbourhood of Baixa, filled with ochre mansions, iconic grand plazas and Neo-classical grandeur – it's a real cultural gem. Come evening, you're perfectly placed for visiting the stylish enclave of Chiado, only a thirteen-minute stroll away – you'll find an array of gourmet restaurants and artisan shops. Recently renovated, we love how this historical building, built after the 1755 earthquake, maintains tonnes of original characteristics, with its wooden staircase, tiled walls and stone entrance. Although stepping into the open-plan living space, you'll discover a modern and minimalist interior with chic decor and deep blue tones. The dining area is a great spot for group meals, with its bold mirrors and a contemporary take on the chandelier overhead. But the real highlight of this apartment is the private balcony – it's the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee and pastel de nata while watching the world go by in this unique part of the ever-emerging Portuguese capital.
