Chic, smart and gloriously spacious, Sultry Sapphire is a stylish choice. It’s recently been renovated but – with its intricate Chartreuse parquet flooring and exposed brick arches – it still retains signs of its historic past. We loved the generous offering of feather and memory foam pillows, the sumptuous blue velvet chairs, and the immaculate en-suites. It's comforting to know that there's a reception downstairs in case you need something. And, as you're only metres from Las Ramblas, there's no shortage of things to see and do nearby.
