Out in the Norfolk countryside, this historic home consists of an old rectory and former coach house converted into a cosy yet grand place to stay. The original rectory dates back to the 16th century and has been transformed into a place of lavish lounges set around fireplaces, a sunny dine-in kitchen and a dining room big enough for the whole group to come together. In the coach house, you’ll find an additional full kitchen and open-plan living area with a ping-pong table. The 12.5 acres of grounds house an all-weather tennis court, vast lawns and dining on the patio. Your host can arrange countryside activities like clay pigeon shooting and fishing excursions.

This home consists of two separate houses.
All of the bedrooms are upstairs, so this place may not suit those with limited mobility.
Two of the bedrooms have zip-and-link beds and can be arranged as either twin rooms or double rooms. One of the bedrooms is accessed up a staircase through the utility room.
Your host can provide a cot, high chair and stair gates for infants on request.
In a remote location, having a car is recommended. There is plenty of private parking within the grounds.
Hen and stag parties are strictly not allowed at this home.
