Sitting pretty in a beautiful old Haute building, this Eixample apartment is fresh, warm and welcoming, with a stylish blend of original features and minimalist modern furniture. We particularly loved the ornate ceiling mouldings in the living space. When you arrive, throw open the curtains and step out onto your Juliet balcony, feeling the warmth of Barcelona’s glorious sunshine as the breeze ripples through the quiet leafy streets below. It’s hard to believe this home is a ten-minute walk from the buzzing Plaza Catalunya, often regarded as Barcelona’s most central point. From here, you’ll find the Passeig de Gracia, with its emblematic Modernist buildings, high-end boutiques and upscale eateries. Better yet, the trendy El Born neighbourhood, famous for its artsy crowd and boho feel is only a fifteen-minute walk away.
