Once a gardener's workshop, this renovated apartment places you in the heart of a sprawling estate, with gardens and wooded areas waiting to be explored. Neighbouring homes are also available, so it's ideal if you're travelling with a group – that said, the home is perfect for a romantic retreat, with the large freestanding bathtub, exposed brickwork, and wood burner creating a cosy nest. The welcome hamper from the nearby restaurant is a nice touch, and you can even book a meal to be served up as you first arrive – now that's what we call a warm welcome.
