Tucked away on Broadway’s Upper High Street, this eighteenth-century stone cottage is full of Cotswold charm. Cross the threshold and you’ll feel the cosy character immediately – think beamed ceilings, a large fireplace and comfortable furniture perfect for cosying up with a good book. The walled garden becomes a second living room in summer, perfect for barbecues, lazy afternoons, or letting children and pups play. Step outside and you’re moments from Broadway’s galleries, pubs and boutiques, or just lace up your boots and take a short hike to Broadway Tower.

There are no bedrooms on the ground floor here, so it may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility. There is also a step up form the garden path to the kitchen and also a step down from the kitchen to the sitting room.
